It’s a scratch kitchen. That means we make damn near everything ourselves. Focaccia? Baked in-house. Ricotta? We whip it from scratch. Dressings, syrups, hot sauces, pancakes, we do it the hard way, because that’s the only way it feels right. And if we don’t make it? We’re sourcing from someone who does it better than us. Period.
